It starts with a conversation. Tell me who’s traveling, the occasion, your dates and roughly what you’d like to spend, by phone or through my quote request form. I’ll research and compare the options and lay them out clearly side by side. Once you’ve chosen, I handle the booking and the details. You work with me directly from your first question to the day you come home.

No. There are no planning fees, my services are free to you. Requesting a quote is free, too.

Prices aren’t guaranteed until a deposit is placed. Cruise lines, resorts and airlines change their rates and promotions often, so the price in a quote can change until your booking is confirmed with a deposit. When you’re ready, I’ll let you know exactly what’s needed to lock it in.

As early as you comfortably can, especially if you have your heart set on a particular ship, a specific stateroom like a suite or a true balcony, or you’re traveling over holidays or school breaks. The most popular cabins and dates tend to go first. It never hurts to ask about a closer-in trip, though. Tell me your dates and I’ll see what’s available.

Not at all. I’m based in Boerne, Texas, but I love working with travelers all over the country. If you’re nearby we can meet in person, and wherever you live I’m happy to plan your trip by phone and email.

Yes. Family reunions, celebrations, girls’ trips and other group getaways are welcome. I can help coordinate the rooms or staterooms and the details so everyone in your group is taken care of.

All the major lines, including Princess, Celebrity, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, Carnival, MSC, Viking and Virgin Voyages. I book all major cruise lines and even private yachts. If you’re not sure which line fits you best, that’s exactly what I’m here to help with.

Yes. I highly recommend travel insurance for every trip, especially cruises and vacations you pay for well in advance. Plans aren’t one-size-fits-all, so I’m happy to include a travel insurance quote with your trip and help you choose the coverage that’s right for you.

Your approximate travel dates, how many people are traveling (and the ages of any children), where you’d like to go or the kind of trip you have in mind, and a rough budget.
